Allison Eng is a second-generation real estate professional proudly born and raised in Queens, New York. She specializes in strategic marketing and digital positioning, and plays an active role in refining internal transaction systems and introducing forward-thinking strategies that keep the brokerage modern and efficient.
Before entering real estate, Allison built her career in finance, working in secondaries investment banking at PJT Partners in New York City and later as an Investment Analyst at Ardian, one of the world’s leading private equity firms focusing on secondaries. In these roles, she analyzed complex investments, evaluated risk, and worked with institutional portfolios - experience that now allows her to approach real estate with the mindset of an investor, not just a salesperson.
Today, Allison uses her financial background to help clients think beyond the transaction. Whether advising first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors, she provides clear market analysis, strategic pricing insight and a long-term perspective on value and growth. Her strengths lie in blending traditional real estate guidance with modern tools, social media marketing and data-driven strategy.
She is passionate about continuous learning and stays informed of market and economic trends. Allison is currently pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designations to further deepen her experience.
Allison graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelors of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations. In her free time, she enjoys travelling around the world, working out, going to national parks and cheering on Arsenal Football Club.
