She graduated from Binghamton University with a degree in Computer Science, a background that sharpens her ability to evaluate data, understand market trends, and guide clients with clarity and confidence.

 

Emily holds a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification, giving her advanced training in property valuation and strategic pricing. Her skillset allows her to help sellers position their homes competitively and buyers make informed, numbers-driven decisions. With a long-term goal of becoming a real estate appraiser, Emily is continually expanding her expertise in property analysis and market evaluation to better serve her clients.
