For the past three years at Key Impact Realty Group, she has played a vital role in supporting the broker and agents by managing contracts, organizing documentation, and ensuring each transaction moves smoothly and stays fully compliant through closing.

 

Prior to joining Key Impact Realty Group, Wendy spent more than 15 years with New Group Realty, where she handled MLS listings, transaction paperwork, marketing materials, and day-to-day office operations. Her deep understanding of the behind-the-scenes processes keeps deals on track and allows agents to focus on serving clients.

 

Wendy is proficient in OneKey MLS and MyState MLS, and she has hands-on experience with digital real estate advertising across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and WeChat. She is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and friendly, approachable nature — qualities that make her a trusted support system for both colleagues and clients.
